This project focuses on developing a various programme of housing. The site is situated in the outskirts of Brno – Holasky, nowadays there are mostly family houses in the neighborhood. The new development focuses on slightly higher density with both apartments and family houses. The density of the development decreases towards the recreational area with protected ponds and species. Recreational potential of the site is reinforced with a sport facilities complex on the eastern end of the area.
