space for the events and the traditional Jewish bath mikveh are located in between these two buildings. The educational building block consists of a library, a museum and a lecture hall. Further north of this building, the structures symbolically fall apart and the plot opens up for the pedestrians. Above the underground parking, there is a kosher restaurant and a commercial rental space.
The building volumes are designed with a very raw sculptural feel and the building roofs are inclined aiming to the center of the plot symbolically. Concrete is used as the main construction material to achieve this sculptural character and is also dominant on the facades of the buildings.
