Detailed Mini Cooper Game Asset Design

Year: 2019/2020

Software: Blender 2.8, Unity

This was a complex project of creating a complete game asset of a car (Mini Cooper S 2015) in Blender starting with a reference car blueprint up to the finished game ready asset.

It included the 3D modeling, creating own complex textures, texture baking, lighting the scene and rendering, creating texture maps and several levels of detail for game engine import to Unity.

(team project T.R.I.A.L.)

Year: 2019

Software: Blender 2.79, Unity

This team game design project won the 2nd place in the school competition for best game design of the academic year 2018/2019.

It's a platform game with elements of a logical game, it's basic concept is overcoming obstacles by switching between the 2D and 3D perspective.

My contributions to the were the level design, game assets design (accept from the character and lasers), overall graphic design of the project (menus, presentations, workflow reports etc.) and the trailer.

Subject: a fractal function drawn on an LCD screen

Programming language: C

Year: 2018

The challenge of the project was to draw a mathematical phenomenon Julia Set to an LCD screen of the MicroZed board with the options of user input through the buttons. The Julia Set is complex dynamical system, it is derived from a function and it is a fractal abstract object. This was achieved by an extensive programming in C language, following compilation of the code and running the program. The pattern on the screen was interactive and the function parameters changed with a turn of the button or remotely through a UDP server access.
